I photographed these red poppies in Ottawa, Canada. The afternoon sun made the poppies glow. That red orange color perfectly matches the Georgia O'Keeffe 1996 $.32 cent poppy postage stamp I added to my photo. You can see the deep purple inside the poppies also illuminated by the sun captured in this image.
